Dr. Jones brings significant prior experience working directly with the City of Detroit. From 2014–2018, Dr. Jones partnered with the City of Detroit to provide Structured Interview Training for Director, Manager, and Administrator hiring personnel — building a strong foundation of trust and collaboration with city leadership.
